When we created Buildout, we set out to solve real-world problems for CRE professionals.   1. When you first onboard with Buildout, our design and client services teams work with you to set up your custom-branded document blueprints. These blueprints can be based off of your current brand, or we can help you develop or redevelop your brand.
  2. When you want to build a proposal or have just won a listing, you simply input all of that property’s details into a Buildout property form. You only have to enter the information once.
  1. Then, generate your document with the click of a button. Whether it’s a proposal, brochure, flyer or offering memorandum, the property’s information automatically populates in your brokerage’s brand.
  2. Next, if you’d like, you can quickly and easily make any edits to the document. Replace photos, add text, switch out a map and more with just a few clicks. We developed our tool to make editing easy for anyone—even those without design experience.
  3. Once you’re satisfied with the document, you can publish to your website or send it directly from Buildout.
